Q: How are rates calculated?

As is standard in our industry, we bill for the total drive-time required to serve a customer. For example a customer booking an airport drop-off would be responsible for the cost of the travel time to the airport as well as the time required for the return trip.

Q: I’m interested in comparing prices with other companies, what other costs should I inquire about?

It’s common for other companies to charge for costs such as tolls and extra travel time incurred as a result of traffic. Other companies may also charge for snacks and drinks consumed in the car and may add a gas surcharge. We generally do not pass any of these charges on to the customer. In rare instances, for example during a snow storm or on a holiday, we must charge for extra travel time and will notify the customer of this when the reservation is booked.

Q: Can I smoke/bring pets/drink/eat in the car?

Smoking is not permitted in our cars nor is traveling with pets. This helps us to accommodate subsequent passengers who may have allergies. Eating and drinking is permitted in the cars. It is our policy, however, to prohibit alcoholic beverages in the car whenever there are any occupants under the legal drinking age.

Q: Can I bring my own iPod, CDs or DVDs?

Yes, please do. We have a special adapter to connect your iPod to our sound system. You can also watch DVDs on our displays or play your own music from CDs (Limousine customers only).
